About Me
Greetings! I am an Ivorian born, American raised, Canadian citizen. What a mouthful, eh?
I consider myself as a theoartist, a God-artist who does art for God and people. I believe God created me to communicate the gospel through different art forms (stand-up comedy, acting/storytelling, poetry, spoken word, rap and music), so that those who have been hurt by lies may rejoice in the truth and be strengthened continuously.
As an actor, I completed in 2011 my professional theatre training at Dawson College. I have acquired 25 years of experience in acting in plays, commercials, tv shows and movies and doing stand-up comedy and 7 years of doing voice over projects.
As a theologian, I obtained in 2016 a BTh from the Faculté de Théologie Évangélique (Acadia University) and in 2023 a MA with a specialisation in Christianity and the Arts at Regent College (University of British Columbia).

About
My acting style
I create my characters based on the text or script, personal experiences and historical information depending on the time and place the story takes place. When working on scene with a scene partner or reader, I tend to listen to the other and respond to what I am given.
I also like to explore the emotional nuances of the characters I portray based on the text to then find the best way to deliver the text. I am adaptable and appreciate feedback from my fellow actors and the director of a project I am in.

My Story
Born to an Ivorain father and a Togolese mother on January 10th, 1990 in Côte d’Ivoire, I grew up in the Christian faith. But it was in the US within a Baptist church that theology and theatre were introduced to me at a young age. My story as a theoartist (theologian/artist) is still be written by the Author and Finisher of my faith!
